Peter the Sales assistant was very quick and knowledgeable on finding the right bed for me, but also didn't push me to buy quickly but instead was friendly and relaxed which is why i returned just 40 minutes later to make the purchase

I WAS AMAZED AT THE FRIENDLY STAFF MEMBERS AND THERE EAGERNESS TO HELP ME WITH PICKING A NEW BED BASE AS I AM A DISABLED GENTLEMAN IN A WHEELCHAIR AND A CANCER PATIENT SO GETTING THE RIGHT KIND OF BASE WAS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME BUT I WAS ONLY LOOKING FOR A BASE I WASNT PLANNING ON PURCHASING ONE BUT BECAUSE OF YOUR STAFF BEING FRIENDLY & NICE AS IT WAS SO NICE TO BE TREATED LIKE MY DISABILITY WASN'T A PROBLEM AND TREATED LIKE A NORMAL PERSON I WAS EVEN OFFERED A CUP OF TEA WHICH WAS NICE TOUCH I DECIDED AFTER LOOKING ROUND THE STORE TO PURCHASE A BASE WHICH I AM HIGHLY DELIGHTED WITH SO ALL I CAN SAY ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE OF YOUR STAFF & STORE IS A BIG WELL DONE CANNOT PRAISE THEM ENOUGH GREAT FRIENDLY STAFF AND A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY.

I was welcomed by Claire the store manager and her product knowledge was second to none and with a cuppa even talked about pillows

First of all let me explain that I put satisfied rather than highly satisfied for cleanliness as the store (Birstall) is getting ready to move premises. The staff, particularly Claire could not have tried harder for us, she was so helpful and when we explained what we wanted went the extra mile to sort something out for us. She and the other ladies who work their are a credit to u our organisation.

Hayley was friendly, professional, personal yet informative. It was apparent there were issues in the branch re closing down and with internet issues yet she maintained a consistent high level of service and helped guide us through the purchase and made salient recommendations to us which ultimately led to additional purchases. It was a very pleasurable experience and one I have already relayed to others and know others have visited the store and made purchases. Just now had to complain to Nikki in the delivery team after my delivery, scheduled for today was cancelled, she too handled it tremendously well and rearranged delivery for this Friday after listening to my issues. Overall a very impressive visit and customer experience so very happy to complete this survey.

Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable.Friendly and relaxed with out the presssure of trying to over sell.The sale and delivery details taken care of in a very efficient manner while addressing the customers requirements as a prime importance.

I was welcomed and asked appropriate questions to asertain what I was looking for in a friendly and helpful manner. I was offered a drink and shown several options of mattress each of which I was encouraged to try out and was left with discretion to wander and go back between the options. The technical information given made it easier to decide but didnt overcomplicate. I decided to purchase and was quoted a very reasonable price for the product that I chose, given all the information and time to choose the relevant payment method. Credit was arranged swiftly and the paperwork fully explained. Delivery was organised and I left the store happy with both my purchase and experience.
