Natalie was helpful and friendly. She made our visit great.

Linda was with us all the time but not pushy. Nothing seemed too much trouble and as I have mobility problems she was very patient. All the details of products we were interested in were explained to us. She showed us all the alternatives available to us.

We were greeted by a polite and friendly member of staff. She invited us to look around and was there to offer assistance as and when we required. She was not pushy with her sales technique but could answer any questions that we asked. She dealt with our order in a friendly and professional manner.

Peter was was there to help straight away, and was very helpful to get just what we needed.

I was highly satisfied with my purchase as I was given a range of different orthopaedic mattresses to try out and I was given as long as I needed. I was offered a lot of assistance including very helpful advice about the product and how these types of mattresses work. Overall, it was a great purchase and decision. I would definitely come here again.

We were approached in a very friendly manner and given time to look around of our own accord too. Peter explained how the colour-coded mattresses worked very well, which made the experience a lot easier and less time-consuming for us.
