Helpful & speedy

Greeted with a welcome smile and "hello i am here if you need any help, i will leave you to look around come and ask any questions you may have". we were left alone until we were ready to ask for advice. when we approached Hayley she asked what we were looking for, she explained all the colour types and assisted us in each type of mattress available. Hayley was brilliant even to the point she gave us different pillows to try as well. we were so comfortable that we bought not only the bed and mattress but headboard, mattress protector and 2 pillows. In my opinion Hayley went above and beyond and is a credit to your store (Leeds Birstall). Big Big thank you to Hayley

After spending a week looking for a bed i went into Dreams which was the best thing i ever did!! A lovely lady called Claire asked me if i wanted any help to give her a shout, i was left to browse (unlike other places where you constantly get followed around!) When i was ready i called Claire over he helped me choose a bed and mattress and then helped me choose a delivery date. I will derfnitley be recommending Dreams to all my family/friends, i would have to give a 10/10 for the service i received!

Customer service from Claire was exceptional at your Birstal branch. Extremely knowledgeable about everything we asked about, and wonderfully efficient. Very rare to get everything chosen & ordered so quickly, and by a genuinely pleasant & friendly person. To say we were highly satisfied with Claire's help is an understatement. Just goes to show that great service together with good quality products makes life so much easier. If possible, pass on our thanks to Claire - and give her a bonus!
