Dreams - Leeds Birstall

Had planned to look around for a bed but went into Dreams first and the man who served us was very nice and gave us a lot of information about the different types of bed's which I found helpful as I have sciatica and it's important for me to have the right bed. We were very pleased with our purchases and would defiantly use Dreams in the future.

I had seen a bed frame online and wanted to view this before I purchased, as I decided to take the shop floor model the price reflected this and I was delighted to save even more money.

Peter at the store in Birstall was extremely helpful. He helped me look around the store took into account my back problems when recommending which bed was best suitable for me. ABSOLUTELY amazing customer service, Peter made me feel very valued and that he genueinly cared about what I was looking for. I would 110% without doubt recommend dreams to everyone who is looking for a new bed. Amazingly surprised how delivery was on the required date and the product was something out of this world. LOVE my new bed.. Dreams a one stop shop where you dream in peace. Thank you peter and dreams for giving me such an amazing product.

Nat the assistant that served me was lovely and very helpful. She recommended a few mattresses that would be better for me as I have back problems. I felt under no pressure to buy anything immediately but chose to purchase the bed frame and mattress straight away as I was confident I wouldn't see better anywhere else.

Item, although not stocked it had been viewed in line. The assistant talked through the specification with me. I found her to be knowledgeable of the product and reassuring in her explanation of what procedure to follow if not completely satisfied when item arrived and was in use. I have no worries as I have purchased previously from Dreams and was pleased with the result I look forward to receiving the bed
