I found the exact wardrobe I had been browsing on the website, which was on display so I could see exactly what it would look like on my room. The quality of the items Dreams offer, is incredible as my sister also purchased a similar wardrobe from the store a few months ago. The ordering process was very simple and I was put at ease with exactly what my money was being spent on! I was told everything I need to know about any add-Ons I chose, the direct debit agreement, the delivery of the product and what to expect. Helen was very helpful and friendly and only made the process easier. Overall very satisfied with my experience at Dreams!

Shopping for a mattress is very tedious. Now I have my mattress I shouldn't need one for at least another 5 years.

Came in looking for a new bed. Was approached by an assistant who asked what my requirements were, advice was given, directions to the area in which I needed to look and was then left to browse. After a short while, I was approached again, my questions answered and further advice given. When I had made my decision, the ordering and payment process was prompt and efficient. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff are an asset to the store.

The assistant came briefly to begin with to see if we needed any guidance about different types of mattress, once we knew he left us alone to browse. He was near at hand once we had made a decision and helped us feel confident we had chosen well for us.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful and informative - we were helped in every step of buying our new mattress.

At first we went in store to purchase a mattress after talking to the sales lady it became clear we may get a better deal ordering a whole new bed. After the sales lady left us to discuss this option between me and my partner we both agreed this was the way to go. At no point did we ever feel like your staff (Linda) was forcing us in making a choice. Linda and another member of staffed explained the difference between the 2 beds and mattresses before we made a final decision. At the time the store was rather busy but these ladies didn't make us feel as if we had to make a instant decision. Even after we choose the bed/mattress we had a slight wait to order as the store was busy but again throughout the process they both explained the store was moving location and to bare with them. After hearing some negative press in the past from friends I can safely say we will shop there again.

Haley was very friendly to me and my family. Especially my hyperactive grandson. She was straightforward with the details I needed which was exactly how I prefer to be dealt with whilst making a sizable purchase. Also, the availability of the bed was impressive too and, again, Haley was excellent arranging delivery for me.
