Dreams - Peterborough

We went in knowing which bed frame we wanted but were then assisted with the other items needed.we were guided through the process without being pressurised. We were given several choices and the pros and cons of each explained until we were able to make our choice.

Great service from Jacob at the Peterborough store. The bed check system helped identify a mattress that was going to be good for my back problems. He was very knowledgeable and gave us time to try out products before making a decision.

The sales assistant Jake was knowledgeable about the product, professional and friendly. He listened to my needs and directed me to the best product. During the purchase we used the instore technology to establish the best type of mattress for me. When we had a selected our mattress we were offered hot drinks while we sat and sorted the paperwork and payment. Myself and my parents were really impressed with the team and especially with Jake. He is a credit to the company and we will be using Dreams in the future.

We received attention from staff straight from the front door. We were left to decide without additional pressure and we were given more than six different options depending on price and quality
