The assistant was very attentive, listening to my needs and selecting products to try including pillows. She was friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble. A very enjoyable experience!

Store assistance was incredible and they took the time to find just the right bed for us as well as recommend other products without being pushy. Offered the sleep match system immediately to help us narrow down our choices and then helped to pick just the right bed for us. The store and it colleagues couldn't have done any better, an absolutely perfect experience

We initially went purchase a single mattress for my daughters room, and only look for a bed and mattress for ourselves, you could see it as a positive or a negative but we end up purchasing £5000 worth of goods, very happy with the service from Colin, he was knowledgeable and spent as much time with us as with my daughter making sure we all made the right decision on mattress and even the pillows. Also fully explain the exchange procedure if we are not fully satisfied. Thanks Dream, looking forward to a great sleep!!! :)
