The experience at Dreams was made easy and stress free by the level of knowledge, friendliness and helpfulness from staff there. The service was impeccable and I could not fault a single thing about it. I am extremely pleased I chose Dreams for my new mattress and bed.

The expert and friendly assistance received from Colin was outstanding. The process of ordering was easy and trouble free. Much thought and expertise had obviously gone into the organisation which reaped much benefit to the customer. Great job!!

Manoj was extremely friendly and helpful without being pushy. Making sure that the product was right for us.

I went to the Peterborough store and was served by Colin - he was really friendly and knew I was on a budget so he looked in clearance for me and found a brand new mattress but £250 off what I was going to pay. He recommended it personally as he has one at home. He was really friendly and understanding and was asking me questions about my needs. I felt happy and the process only took ten minutes, although the computer in the store failed a couple of times it wasn’t an issue but I bet Colin would like a new one!
