I booked an appointment online for convenience. Dean was so helpful. He took the time to understand what we needed, had excellent knowledge of the products available. Prices were fair, the service was quick. The ordering process was straightforward. All our products can be delivered on the same day, in less than 3 weeks time - fantastic.

We visied the Peterborough store. Dean was extremely friendly and helpful and had an outstanding knowledge of all the products available. He spent time listening to what we thought we needed, then with the aid of the sleep machine showed us suitable products. Depending on how we reacted to trying certain mattresses, he then knew how to help us further. Ordering was straightforward, and the delivery date was only just over 2 weeks later.
