Dreams - Peterborough

We had not planned to goto this store but one of your competitors but as we approached the roundabout to turn left I had this nagging feeling to visit dreams first so turned right. We were a bit confused as to where to start, my wife suffers from osteoporosis and we couldn’t work out what would be the best type of mattress for her. Luckily Aron approached and asked if we needed any help,after listening to our needs he had two recommendations and proceeded in explaining why he had selected them. Unfortunately they were both upstairs,,,not a problem says Aron,we have a lift. From start to finish he could not of done anything more

We received great service from Aaron due to his knowledge, friendliness and patience. He was fact finding to help us to find the right mattress/brand suited to our needs and was very polite.

Went to Dreams in Boulevard Retail Park, Maskew Avenue, Peterborough, CambridgeshirePE1 2HS On 28th December All staff were very friendly and happy to help as I had no idea what mattress I wanted took time to show me the different mattress after doing to the mattress test machine. Would highly recommend to everyone

I was looked after from the minute I walked in. There was a structure to the service provided. Coffee while I did the bed test, my Mother was also looked after. Explanations as to why the bed was the right one for me. My first name was used. Had a recommendation based on my needs. I wanted the bed faster than the delivery date and they suggested a way of doing it and helped me to do it.

From the time we entered the store we were not pressurised by any member of staff. We were given time to view all the mattresses on show and to form an opinion of what might suit us best. Manoj was then aware that we were ready to discuss a purchase and discussed our preferences with us. He then introduced us to the "mattress selector" and showed us the recommended mattresses. He explained the specifications and benefits of those items and answered all queries with excellent knowledge and enthusiasm. Having made a decision, Manoj took us to his desk, offered and provided a drink and took our order. He offered a collection service for our existing mattress, advised of terms and conditions of the purchase and confirmed delivery date and arrangements for further delivery arrangements by text/phone. Throughout, Manoj provided us with excellent service and courtesy and made our visit a pleasurable experience.

Everything was done with ease and very efficiently, Aaron knew his products and was very helpful and friendly.
