The assistant was wonderful, fully understood our needs and budgets, didn't push harder than was necessary and his product knowledge was masterful

We arrived at your store with mixed views but after asking the assistent where we could find sofa beds he told us they were up stairs on the left we went upstairs and found what we were looking for we had no need to go and find an assistant as he arrived azking if ws had found what we were looking for we said yes but needed a demonstration which with no hesitation gave us one well this was exactly what we required so went with him and made our purchase very happy with the complete experience many thanks to your team
