Friendly staff and not pushy when discussing the products they were selling. A nice cup of coffee whilst placing our order gave that little extra touch. I would definitely use them again.

Dean was very helpful, he listened and understood what I was looking for but also my budget. He explained each product he was showing me and why, after having the sleep master test done. He explained the clearance stock how it worked. Also the 40 day trial period. I went away feeling very informed and having a better understanding of the products I looked at.

Availability of products and good explanation of the differences by the sales team

From the minute we walked into the store, Aaron was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for, in our price range, and generally made the whole experience very pleasant. We could have spent hours looking before we found the right mattress, but with Aaron's help we found the right one, got it ordered and paid for and were on our way in an hour. We will definitely be using Dreams again.

First ever trip to Dreams and certainly not disappointed in fact highly impressed and pleased with every aspect of our visit the exceptional service, product knowledge and helpfulness of the gentleman who served us. Manoj was not a pushy sales person at all his product knowledge and customer skills were second to none and would certainly encourage us to return to the branch to make further purchases and above all would encourage us to pass on to friends and family how we were treated and would recommend this branch to anyone. So pleased in fact i am going to share our experience on social media to ensure a wide audience can benefit from how we were treated as customers today. During our visit we were left alone to discuss our purchase as and when required also offered two drinks during our stay and were placed on the electronic mattress device which proved to be extremely helpful and accurate. To sum up a truly lovely visit considering we didn't even know we were going to purchase today so that demonstrates how we were treated and this is largely down to Manoj.
