Manoj was very attentive and helpful whilst we were at the store, assisting at all times. He had served me on a previous visit with another family member and remembered that visit. We felt that he was helpful without being intrusive and gave very good advise without being pushy.

From entering the store and being greeted by a member of staff, along with a smile, we were directed upstairs to where the sofa beds where. Tyrone answered all our questions and took his time explaining / demonstrating how the mechanism worked. Right through to the point of paying we could not have asked for a more efficient, pleasant experience. It was also a great option to be able to purchase the two armchairs to complete the suite, not an option generally available with this design of sofa beds. We left the Peterborough store very happy with our purchase and the excellent friendly service.

The assistance we had from Aaron was really appreciated as I wanted to make sure I found the right mattress for myself. He was so helpful and took all my needs into consideration. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into buying.

Manoj was very polite and helpful, not pushy at all and looked after us very well. Asked us for tea/coffee etc - checked stock availability, delivery dates etc At the end of the sale sorted out some pillows and helped us a lot - very highly recommended! You guys should be proud of the team member you have :)
