We found Dean the salesman very helpful and answered all our questions patiently.

Service was great. The guy was very knowledgeable about all the beds. He was very thorough using the testing machine. Would def rec come down dreams

I have placed three orders this year all from the Peterborough branch and on each occasion my wife and I have been extremely satisfied with both the service and the products.

All staff polite and sales assistant Tried his hardest to meet our needs as a result our new bed is being delivered on Saturday less than a week from visiting store. Proof of the item is yet to be 100% verified as not received but at present happy with information given and what we have ordered otherwise wouldn't have ordered it

When I first rang Dreams, the lady I was speaking with was helpful but as I began to ask many questions and I was dithering she seemed impatient and not long afterwards I got cut off. I couldn’t believe it. I felt like saying’I am not a time waster, I genuinely want to buy a bed or two’. I did ring back and the gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful. He put me in touch with your Peterborough branch and the gentleman who answered the phone there was also very helpful indeed. I made an appointment with Aaron to view beds. My visit to your Peterborough store was a great success.
