Our customer assistant, Manoj in your Peterborough store was very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive, he gave us the best shopping experience we have had, probably ever. If you do an awards scheme he should definitely be considered for the top award. The social distancing and hygiene procedures in the store were very reassuring and Strictly adhered to.

We were met at the door by an assistant, who pointed out the hygiene system with facemasks, gloves and hand sanitizer. He explained the system for testing of mattresses. He then pointed out the particular bed we were looking for, which we had seen on the internet. We went back later and purchased the two bed frames, spring slats and mattresses we wanted. All went smoothly and quickly.
