From the moment we entered the store we received a very warm and friendly greeting from Colin. The store had a relaxed and professional atmosphere which was created by the team. We were given clear and precise guidance on PPE and asked if we would like to be accompanied or have time alone to look around. When we suggested we go it alone Colin suggested he should give us some guidance as it can be daunting when there are so many beds to choose from. We did not feel any sales pressure but informed about the products available to us. The visit to the Peterborough store was a very pleasant experience especially having to deal with PPE at each bed viewing. I can not praise Colin enough for his kind assistance and patience as it was a long visit and he gave us his undivided attention the whole time. We are so excited to receive our new bed which is due for delivery within a week of purchase, brilliant!
