We found this to be a very efficient company in all respects. The mattress was delivered within the time slot stated. It was delivered by a young man named Jordan. We are both in our 80s and are limited, due to health problems. Jorden not only delivered the mattress but fitted the green bag on the old one, removed the covering on the new one and placed the mattress on the bed for us.
