From the minute we arrived in the store we were greeted by Manoj who introduced us to the cleaning stations and explained how he was going to help us with staying safe in store. He asked what we wanted and led us to the science of sleep machine where he gave us a thorough set of questions to find out how we slept and what our needs were. He displayed great knowledge of the mattresses in stock, how they would meet the needs we identified and he also showed great patience as decisions were made. He did all of this with a good sense of humour and neither my wife nor I felt at any point were we being either hassled to make a purchase or that we were being a nuisance to him. He explained everything clearly and generally made the whole experience very easy.
