Excellent salesman, quick service, no pressure sales.

The gentleman that served us knew exactly what we were looking for, was friendly and very helpful. Was a pleasure to come into the store and be served by this man. Couldn't fault a thing, walked out with a smile on our faces as it was so easy with excellent delivery date.

The staff member listened to what we needed with regards to our purchase. He guided us through the options available and gave excellent advice without appearing pushy. The service was quick and efficient, and the overall experience was very positive. We did some online research beforehand, and came to the Dreams store because of the excellent value for money. We will definitely return in the future after such a positive shopping experience. Thank you.

The sales staff made me feel really comfortable. I wasn’t wanting to spend too much but they didn’t try and make me spend more or make me feel less than others spending more money. They helped me find something within my budget and helped me get the most for my money when the items I picked were out of stock

Dean was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs and the issues we have been having with our current mattress and after assessing us on the Slerpmatch machine he narrowed down a selection of suitable mattresses. We were then able to compare moving several times between each one until we decided. Dean was very patient throughout and the whole process was fun and stress free.

I did get wonderful service, and I did manage find something I like this was first time when I did spend so much money for mattresses due to mattress quality was so good and suit the price.
