Colin came to us as we walked in. Was thoroughly knowledgeable, listened and didn’t give us a sales pitch, just based the options on our needs. The sleep analyser was brilliant also.

Very friendly and professional service. The health and safety measures were clearly set out regarding protocols of looking at the products and social distancing etc. The staff knew the products they were selling very well and advised us during our visit to the store. Ordering our furniture was very quick and easy.

The gentlemen that served/advised myself and my partner was excellent he took time listening to the problems I am having sleeping and did his best to help me not just with the mattress that I purchased along with a new pillow he was very polite and made me feel at ease (I live with bad anxiety) in all honesty I couldn't have asked for someone better

The guy who looked after us was excellent. He took the time (even though we said we were short of time ) to take us through the dreams computer experience and then helped us choose the best beds for us.

In the Peterborough store we were greeted by Colin. What a great person, he was funny and very very helpful. He satisfied our needs completely. Very knowledgable about the product we chose.
