The social distancing rules, and all aspects of sanitisation were exceptionally high, which is one thing that I was concerned about. In fact I had decided beforehand that if I was uncomfortable I was going to leave. Sales staff (Aaron) was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. It is thanks to him that I wasn't so anxious and even used the Sleepmatch (as I has no intention of doing so beforehand!) My experience yesterday was a pleasant, safe and professional transaction, this store and Aaron are to be commended.

The salesman Jacob was very professional in all aspects of dealing with us pushing like some salesman nothing was too much trouble for him

The customer service representative welcomed us to the store immediately and we sanitised. He kept his social distance and ensured that all mattresses we tried were clean. He showed us the types of mattresses and explained them clearly and helped find the best one for us. We also spoke about matters outside of work which was friendly and welcoming.
