From the moment we entered the store we felt completely at ease. Colin was knowledgable, friendly, polite and very patient giving us plenty of time to view and test the products.

We had a friendly and professional welcome. We were asked to use the hand sanitiser and asked what we were looking for etc. The store was clean and sanitised, ppe was used whilst trying out the beds. Tyrone, was very knowledgable, and made us feel at ease, and stayed with us throughout the whole process. This is my second purchase from the same store over the past 7 years, and Tyrone is by far the best staff member we have dealt with.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, nothing was too much trouble. His product knowledge was outstanding and he wasn't at all pushy, allowing us to take our time and make an informed decision.

The employee (ben I think?) was very friendly and helpful, gave us all the information about the product we was interested in (tv bed) talked through and showed us everything we was interested in with no pressure to buy anything. Plenty of eye contact and very customer focused and professional.
