Was given excellent treatment, were patient and helpful

We arrived in store to be greeted by as assistant who explained the system that was in place, told us where the items that we wanted were and when we were uncertain about products, he was on hand to explain. PPE was given to try out pillows and when we said that we wanted to try a mattress, the assistant took us through the procedure. He was not pushy at any time and listened to what we were saying and adapted to this. he gave us time and space to make the right decision for us and gave us information when this was requested. It feel that the wait time for delivery was quite long (just over a month) but then we have not bought furniture for a while so probably quite normal. It was fairly expensive, but we have bought a top of the range bed and I am sure the value will be seen when our new mattress arrives.

The member of staff who helped us was so courteous and polite and you could tell he had a passion for his job. His enthusiasm radiated from him and helped us to have a more enjoyable experience as a result.
