Dreams - Peterborough

i was highly satisfied with Dreams and in particular two members of staff who helped us. The first lady helped with the Bed scan/survey and was always asking if we were being looked after (did not get her name but had Grey hair and jumper) and gave me a bottle of water, the second lady was Lana who again was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Customer service

We were served by the store manager who was very thorough and knowledgable. Also the lady who measured us was very helpful

Greeted at door, allowed time to browse, then once we were looking for assistance a salesman was available. Also supplied with all information we required. Very happy with the service and adherence to covid requirements.

Plenty of staff available for taking us through the options we needed, the only thing is the 10/12week wait

Vince was very knowledgeable and made us feel very at ease

AS ENTERING THE STORE AN ASSISTANT CAME STRAIGHT TO HELP US FOR MY 83 YEAR OLD MAM..SHE NEEDED A NEW DECENT MATTRESS...SHE USED THE MACHINE TO HELP IDENTIFY THE BEST MATTRESS FOR HER. WE RECEIVED A PRINT OUT AND THEN LOOKED AROUND..ANOTHER ASSISTANT HELPED US 'AMJAT' VERY HELPFUL, ONCE WE CHOOSE THE MATTRESS WE WERE OFFERED A DRINK AND TOOK A SEAT, WE ONLY WAITED ABOUT 5 MINUTES FOR AN AVAILABLE COMPUTER. IT WAS VERY QUICK AND EASY ALL SORTED WITHIN 40 TO 45 MINUTES. WE PAID IN FULL AND MY MAM IS EXPECTING HER MATTRESS ON THE 11TH JANUARY AND FOR A SMALL PRICE THE OLD ONE IS TAKEN AWAY. EXCELLENT.

Very helpful staff

The gentleman who served us was very professional and friendly even accommodating the children when they needed to try and purchase mattresses going back and forth several times to help them make the right choice and for us he made sure even though we had decided on our bed and mattress we re checked it was the right one for us
