Our shop assistant manoj from the Peterborough branch was lovely he didn’t rush us at all. He took his time to explain everything and repeat things if needed, he was a lovely bubbly person who was easy to communicate with he had great knowledge of the products in the store and we didn’t feel like we missed out on anything.

The sales assistance was knowledgeable and explained how the dream matched worked for selecting the mattress for us. He made us feel comfortable and relaxed whilst we tried to find the right one from us. He was understanding that we had specific requirements. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish.
