This was the second time we had visited this store. The first time we left the store after being served by the manager. He made it very clear that if we were not purchasing that day he wasn’t interested and moved on to the next. This time we were served by Jacob who was very helpful and answered all of our questions and ONLY based on his service NOT the managers we would recommend to friends.

Dean was very helpful and understood our needs. He recommended the most appropriate product for our requirements at a very reasonable price. When I went on line I noticed a 3 for 2 offer on the bedside tables I had ordered. I queried this with the branch and was advised to contact the customer service centre which I did the following day. I spoke to Daniel who very efficiently added a third table to my order.

Tyrone was very helpful. There wasn't a huge choice of styles or finishes of wardrobes though. The quality looks good. Delivery times are a bit vague. I couldn't care less about Covid and I'm sick of hearing about it. Overall, I think we have probably bought good quality furniture that will look nice.
