Aaron the member of staff who served us was extremely helpful and concerned for our welfare. Advised us on all products that were available to suit our needs due to medical problems that we both have. Nothing was to much bother for him and made the experience of searching and buying our new bed enjoyable rather than a chore.

Interacted with 2 staff members and both were excellent. I was very impressed with their knowledge. WRT order time, We ended up buying our bed frame elsewhere as the wait for yours was too long (3 months). A shorter wait time, or clearer detail when browsing the store abut what is available and when would be helpful.
