Dreams - Peterborough

I had seen the item online many months ago and so was pretty sure of what I wanted. I wanted to see it in the flesh before purchasing. It was perfect and the quality was great. From the moment we entered the store we were met by a friendly and helpful Vincent. I explained what we were looking for and he took us to it. I was pretty sure we would make the purchase but as we were close by to various other sofa stores we thought we would shop around just in case. The customer service in Dreams was by far superior to the other shops. Without being pushy Vincent was friendly helpful and knowledgeable. So we returned straight away and made the purchase.

Aaron was really helpful, we were offered drinks, did a sleep assessment, had pillows to try out beds, doing the finance was quick and easy

Friendly, very good knowledge, nothing was too much trouble. Family and friends recommended yourselves and I would definitely recommend yourselves. I may of got up a couple of times during the night, but as soon as I lay back down on our new mattress I went straight back to sleep and it was a deep sleep 💤 😴. I am an absolutely 💯 percent satisfied customer. Thank you so much to your team

Greeted at door by friendly assistant who was very helpful with expert knowledge of the different products. We were impressed by the high tech bed gauging machine which identified which type of mattress would be most suitable.
