Customer service guys were very efficient and proactive. Staff are not only very knowledgeable about the products but they also have excellent Customer Service skills. Great manner and lots of patience !!!

We were approached to see if we wanted help, they were efficient and knew the products well. They took the time to understand our needs and made recommendations based on our feedback.

I was offered help straight away but then left to browse without pressure. Questions answered quickly and politely. Very impressed so returned the next day to place an order.

Colin the salesman who greated us as we entered the Peterborough store was very friendly and courteous. He took time to find out what we were looking for, and shows us a variety of beds and mattress.

My wife and I was greeted as we entered the premises. We were allowed to look round but not pestered or pressurised into purchasing anything. Tyrone had an excellent product knowledge and customer service. He listened to what we wanted and spent time finding exactly the best products for our needs/
