Very fast and professional service throughout the process. Needed a mattress for my daughter and the staff were very helpful and careful getting us the right product for her. Staff were very polite and knowledgeable. We felt safe and very well looked after from walking in to leaving the shop.

The man that looked after us - Vince - was really knowledgeable. He really listen to what we needed and showed us lots of great options. He was friendly but not overbearing or pushy. The rest of the staff were all also really nice and welcomed us and made the effort to say goodbye. Overall it was just a really nice shopping experience

As soon as we walked in to the store we asked for assistance which was provided immediately. Vincent was very helpful and informative and following the bed simulation pointed us to suitable products and responded well to any concerns we raised, eg cooling layers, etc. He couldn't do enough to help without being pushy. Please tell Vincent 'thank you'.

I was highly satisfied when I went to the Dreams Store at the Peter Brotherhood Retail Park in Peterborough. I went in to book a bed mattress assessment and I was pleased and surprised to be told that I could have it done straight away. At the end of the survey I had tried several mattresses and went on to choose my bed and headboard during the visit, with delivery arranged sooner than I was expecting. A big thank you to Colin for his professional help and attention to detail and for making my first, and hopefully not last, visit to Dreams a very pleasant experience.

Aaron was really helpful to us in finding the right mattress for our needs. He gave us a few options to choose from and didn’t push us down one route.

Colin in the Peterborough store was simply amazing from start to finish, his patience and product knowledge was the best plus he was a super friendly chap, please personally say a huge thank you to him for us.

From the moment we were met at the door we felt assured that the store was adhering to all covid guidelines. The representative who served us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were looking for a new mattress and we were impressed with the testing bed and this helped us to select the correct firmness. On top of this we will be having our new mattress delivered to us within a week. So all in all good service.
