I’ve shopped with Dreams before I like the good service and the fact they give you lots of information and if you want to contact them with any questions also they inform you about the delivery step by step, they don’t just make the sale then you don’t hear anything till delivery, I always feel I’m kept informed right the way through.

Approached straight away on entrance to the store and guided to the area in the shop that we needed. Did not feel pressured into a sale from the staff and left alone to browse the stock. Member of staff came to see us after about 5-10 mins and gave lots of useful info and helped us make a decision. Lead time was very fast compared to other places we had visited in the day, so overall very happy with the service in terms of lead time and customer service in the store. Very friendly and very helpful. Good coffee too!

Tyrone the store manager was welcoming upon entry to the store. The sleep analysis was useful and focused us on the mattresses that would be best. There was no pressure to purchase and there was time to try out the mattresses identified and our choice was respected and additional items to assist with the whole experience. The price was more than another store. We understood that the mattress was specific to dreams but was similar. However due to the attention and knowledge given we felt it was worth the difference in price. We were surprised by the delivery timescale it was brilliant. Overall excellent service. We were served by Aron. He was very knowledgeable about the products and made sure we chose the correct mattress for our needs. He was very conscious about the covid rules and we felt very safe being served by him. Would highly recommend your store and especially Aaron.
