Was greater by a guy saying alrigh eating crisps and talking to colleague also no one came to help us 2 people on and one of them went out the back and no one else to help and was very rushed

I got promised discount a sheet and four pillows before order. I never got anything.

felt a little rushed by the salesman to get a sale, than kind of pushed into also buying 2 tempur pillows. My husband has got on with his, I did not, it spent more time on the floor than on the bed, it was too thick and heavy for a front sleeper. When I went back to the store they were very reluctant to change it. In the end I did get it exchanged for a pile of other pillows, one of which I do really like. The mattress has come and feels nothing like the one we tried in store. It is incredibly hard and I have only managed to sleep for 3 hours on it then had to get up and move. The night I spent the whole night on it I was up 3 times. last night I moved at 3 am to the sofa needing a load of painkillers on the way as my hips and shoulders are screaming at me. It is slightly better if I try to sleep on my back but I have never been a back sleeper. We were not asked in store what positions we slept in.

The sales assistant we had ensured that we would not go to Dreams as a first port of call in the future.

Apologies for the late reply I have been busy with divorce lawyers. What a day! It all started so well, the kids were behaving, the wife wasn't nagging, it was joyful to be alive, right up until we went bed shopping. Well what a catastrophe that was. Whilst browsing for beds a rude young salesman (Jacob) cam over and started flirting with MY WIFE! He made her hot chocolates! and convinced her to get into a bed with him! Now the wife has started to expect that kind of treatment all the time, and it has only been a few months since I have allowed her out of the kitchen!!! and ultimately I have now purchased a £1400 bed for which every time me and the wife use it, she will be thinking of him! I feel ill and not on top form so cannot keep up the pretence. Disregard all the above and all the negative feedback, lol. Jacob was a good guy and looked after us well. The store had what we were looking for. Honestly it was a good time, the kids were having fun too. Only sore point is the delivery schedule for the bed.

I didn't say I was not satisfied. I regard a shopping experience at Dreams to be a good and worthwhile experience. I'd recommend Dreams to friends and family readily for their service, product advice and value for money.

We found the attitude of the salesman very disinterested and 'take it or leave it'. We wanted a wardrobe to match the furniture we had previously bought - that was a horrendous experience and we had hoped never to have to buy anything from Dreams again, however Dreams are the only stockist of the range. Our latest visit did nothing to improve our impression or opinion of Dreams!
