Went into the store with my elderly mother on a Saturday ordered the bed and told delivery Saturday 19th. I asked for an e-mail receipt to come to me and was told this would be sent and we confirmed my e-mail (I received this survey so must be OK). After about a week I called to ask about receipt and to confirm delivery date. I was told the delivery date was the 12th September (In the store I was told the 19th) and was also told that he could not send my receipt as it had to be done by the original salesman who only works Saturdays but that it would be sorted. Another week and still no receipt received so will have to call yet again. Really not a good start and we haven'y even had the bed delivered yet.

We paid for the dressing table etc on Thursday and were told we would receive a phone call at 5.00pm that day to advise on a delivery date. This is now 8.00am Saturday and we have not had a phone call from your company and I have phoned your Peterborough number twice and left a message on the answerphone.

The order went through fine and Vince was nothing but helpful. I came in the next day to collect and it wasn't taken apart for me to collect and the staff was rude and really didn't want to help. Was chewing gum and when I said I was collecting his response was 'so is suppose your expecting me to dismantle it now for you' then when he asked if I wanted it wrapped to take away I said yes and he couldn't look more annoyed at the small extra task.

We were not informed of the delivery charge when about to pay, I saw it on the screen and questioned it and the price when on the website there was no delivery charge. Had I have known this befofe I sat down I would have ordered it from home. As I and my husband had already been sitting there for quite some time in a busy store we felt embarrassed to get up and leave so felt pressured into going through with the purchase.

we want to buy bed and mattress for our son which was clearly displayed on the ticket £199 after spent an hour time with your assistant and agreed to pay £199 with £100 mattress but unfortunately, we run out some money but still your assistant told us don't worry we'r here by 8pm and i fill up your paper work and when you back every thing would done quickly. we back to the store but the assistance who served us gone home and the other man told that he cant that bed price is wrong. we told him we spent more than 3 hours and get the hustle of outside too much traffic outside as well. He said come tomorrow and talk to the manger...my wife cant sleep because its not fair...on 29th dec. we went to the store and talk to the manger about the paper work and he spoken very rudely, loudly and ripped out the display paper. My wife told me i wouldn't come this store again due to very bad assistant. we went out to find same bed from other shops but we didn't find same bed anywhere then our son was crying that he must get when we back to store then the manger agreed give us same price which was quoted but we spent all day & more than 3 hour on store.we decided not to buy anything in future.

I am sending email to explain. The problem came to light when I returned home and examined the invoice. It showed unknown figures which I could not identify. I returned to the store today,15th April, talked to the manager(Dave) who would not accept that the order confirmation showed under description " Saturday Delivery" with a fee of £5.99. My delivery is Tuesday 28th April. His answer was that this was the only way in which his computer system would accept the order. He could not understand that to the customer this shows a fee of £5.99 for something I was not receiving. All I required on the confirmation/invoice was the following: Price of product ££849 less 20% special offer £679.20 plus Premium Delivery £59.00 Total £738.20. I walked out of the store very dissatisfied and dissappointed. Please reply to my concerns.

We decided to purchase a Tempur mattress on the clear understanding we had nothing to loose as we had a 100 day trial period where we could simply return it back if we were not satisfied with the product. However, they forgot to inform us that if we were not satisfied we could only exchange the product on a like for like price with no refund if the item cost less money. So we made a purchase of £1756.55 and if the only mattress we liked cost £400 for example we would loose the difference. If we had been informed of this we would certainly not have spent so much money knowing that we were basically stuck with the product regardless of how we slept with it.
