I asked if the bed was pine (online it said pine) (moore wooden bed frame) to be told it was oak by the sales person as pine has more knots. We bought a bed 2 years ago and having moved 3 times the bed now creaks and does hold together as well as it did (wilson). The salesman seemed uniterested and we asked for something foc like a mattress protector seeing as we were buying a bed from them again in such a short space of time. Was told no as the bed already had 20% off, which was fair enough, but we weren't told about the collection of the old bed thatbyoi could do or anyothwr details. It was 4.30pm on boxing day and felt as if i was just rushed and not told things that would’ve been of interest.

My delivery is due tomorrow 10th January, I was informed that I would receive an email the day before giving me a 2hr timeslot. It is now 22:22 and I have still not received my 2hr time slot so now what do I do as I have appointment's tomorrow and I'v no idea when my bed will arrive ???? and I may end up getting charged for this

I ordered a super king bed & mattress I knew that the bed would fit in my bedroom but I didn’t consider it might not getting up the stairs the woman at customer service (whom I had to call when I was told they would be in touch with me with a couple of options). Her attitude was disgusting and needs re training! But it was down to Aaron when I went into the store close to me who saved the transaction

My partner and I visited the Peterborough store many times over the Xmas period looking for a bed frame + mattress. Dean helped us find a mattress. We purchased this. We wanted to order the "Berkeley" bed frame on 0% finance. We were told "can you come back another day to do the paperwork cos we're about to get very busy". I was shocked. We were customers wanting to make a purchase. We duly returned this evening to place the order. Dean completed the paperwork, albeit in a miserable manner. He said "I've not had a day off since Boxing Day". That is not my concern. I asked if we could perhaps have some free pillows, as we had spent over £1000. I was told no, we were getting free delivery & assembly. Surely that is standard with the Berkeley furniture. Maybe gentleman needs some training in customer relations Lisa Bennett

Completing this survey before receiving the item is not good as unable to state much about the product & delivery. Therefore this needs to be within a couple of weeks after delivery. Overall within the shop I was more than satisfied however the rest of the satisfaction will come with the delivery & quality of the product!

I am Mr Denneys career, I was supporting him during his purchase. It wasn't until we arrived home I realised that he had been short changed by ten pounds. I reimbursed him with my own money as I should've checked before we left the store but he was getting increasingly stressed and anxious so we got away as soon as possible. All in all I'm not very satisfied with your salesman / experience.

Went into the store with my elderly mother on a Saturday ordered the bed and told delivery Saturday 19th. I asked for an e-mail receipt to come to me and was told this would be sent and we confirmed my e-mail (I received this survey so must be OK). After about a week I called to ask about receipt and to confirm delivery date. I was told the delivery date was the 12th September (In the store I was told the 19th) and was also told that he could not send my receipt as it had to be done by the original salesman who only works Saturdays but that it would be sorted. Another week and still no receipt received so will have to call yet again. Really not a good start and we haven'y even had the bed delivered yet.
