Dreams - Peterborough

we decided to take the finance option through creation and was told at any time during the 14 days we could cancel and pay by other means. we actually decided we wanteds to cancel the credit agreement and pay dreams by credit card this proved to be a nightmare ringing dreams/creation back and forth spending over 4 hours on the phone, told the credit agreement was canceled by creation to only then call dreams back and find out this was active.

I was satisfied with my visit n my guy called dean at Peterborough branch was amazing. Outstanding with his knowledge n also he done us a fab deal........ Thank you dean

Only one sales assistant on shift so had to stand around and wait. Also struggled to find bed frame were looking for it was not where I would logically think it would have been.

There was limited availability/range of headboards for my chosen bed.

Kept waiting quite a long time

Took some time to be attended to in store even though one menber of staff was not with a customer and there were no other customers in store at the time.

We set out to purchase a matress, the same as one we had before, only to be told it was no longer available due to problems that had occured with others. We are well satisfied with the previous purchase, but now we have chosen another type. We hope we are as satisfied with this one.

There was a discrepancy between the time the bed was said to be available (normally two weeks lead time was stated) but reality has shown it to be over three from a website that I had to complete - there was no availability for two weeks from placing the order, 30th April was the first available date.

The mattress protector was not in stock and offers had changed since my previous visit a week before placing my order.

i just felt a delivery charge of £39 was a bit excessive, some furniture shops that I have dealt with have waved this in the past. I did also pay an installation charge but I felt this added to the delivery charge was a bit high
