Had to wait quite a while for a computer terminal to become available to place order

I felt that the offer of construction on the bed purchased was totally misleading when quoted at 49 pounds when the actual price was 39 pounds more expensive because evidently that is the price of insurance for the 'builders' to enter the property. Dreams needs to be more transparent when providing information.

We are having to wait 4-5 weeks for delivery and then to pay 39.00 for this the assistant was very helpful

The in store experience was excellent but having to wait over a month for delivery is a little disappointing.

The member of staff that served me, Colin, was a really friendly and confident person who really made me feel at home spending my money. His service manor was spot on. The store is currently being refurbished so was a bit of a mess but its nice to see this store improving

Paid for the item based on an delivery availability showing as 03 October. After paying for the item the system then said this date was unavailable. Recommendation: alter system to enable booking of delivery dates before purchasing item to avoid this in the future. Members of staff did rectify this by calling depot during the week.

The information I was given about the mattress was slightly different to what it described on line. I bought a Silentnight bed and understand they give free delivery and take to the room of choice, but Dreams charged £39 for this service, why ?

a bed is a bed, how do you want us to be?,turning cartwheels? we purchased the bed from dreams,could have been from anyone....

Obviously we expected the process of choosing a bed to take time after all it's an important expensive purchase however the actual ordering process we felt took way too long with 2 small children a quicker process would of pleased us. Also knowing the next available delivery date before ordering would of been nice as this may of changed whether we ordered it or not
