I was satisfied overall, the only comment I would have is that we spent a lot of time with one person with the bed, but paid for it with another person who seemed to be just taking the money. We couldn't see the screen he was using, so there was a a lot of back and forth checking the correct products were being listed/charged etc. The invoice was printed on two pages with one blank page, which made it look like I'd paid for nothing!

Prices have risen quite significantly since I bought my last bed 2 years ago. 2 years ago, the salesman was flexible with price so I left feeling I had got a great product and a little bargain. This time, the salesman, whilst a little flexible, was not as accommodating. I hope this wasn't because this time I was a lone young female and 2 years ago I was with my now ex-husband.

Not as I was expecting in store.

Very satisfied with assistance provided but as I have not received the item I feel unable to use "highly satisfied"

Every thing was great. I would of preferred if there could have been some negotiation on cost.

It is difficult to answer this as the purchase of a bed is not a daily occurence. Whilst the staff were very informative and helpful it is still an unknown as to whether have made the right choice. However the 40 day trial period offer will hopefully alleviate any concerns which will in turn result in a highly satisfied rating.
