I visited the Peterborough store, though the man that completed my order was very helpful, I got a sarky comment from another member of staff which was quite rude. Whether he meant it to be rude or not, it was inappropriate

My mattress is not due to be delivered for another 5 days. When it arrives and it is satisfactory, then that will be reflected in the overall rating. It would be far better to send this questionnaire out once the goods have been delivered. I also think that 'satisfied' is finite and does not have degrees - you are either satisfied or not!

I found it a bit difficult putting the bed together, there were no instructions in English. Some of the tools were missing. Self tapping screws, metal brackets and dowling pieces. I believe that the assistant, who was very pleasant, would have looked more professional had he not been chewing gum with an open mouth.

The price of the delivery should not be additional. It should be included in the price of the bed.

We were looking around and the staff were available to ask questions and kept assuring us that if we needed any help we could ask them. Then when we had decided on a mattress, Jake went through the finance process with us and made sure we understood everything and he answered all our questions confidently. We also got given a drink!
