Would have liked a few more beds to be available for consideration

Difficult to choose a mattress and not easy to get advise on something like that as it's personal preference. The mattresses could have been arranged better so all on type rather than make as hoping around the store to try medium firm making it difficult to feel differences...

I was looking for a wooden ottoman bed, Dreams was the only place that stocked that particular style. Great range of matteresses to chose from. Dean, spent a lot of time making sure we got the product we wanted. The financing offer sealed the deal, all in all a seamless experience.

We had to wait to place our order as there was no computer terminal available. The store was in a muddle as they seemed to be having display changes.

Completion of Order took longer than expected

It took a little while before someone served me. I was obviously waiting for assistance but the person on the shop floor took a while before calling out to Aaron to let him know I was waiting who did then serve me very well.

We came in looking for a new mattress and were left to our own devices to select the one we wanted. At that stage an assistant approached us to complete the purchase. Little information was provided on the product or if it would suit our needs.

It did find the prices a little higher than in the internet but I did receive good service. And got to try out lots of beds

The price on the display was different to that picked up by the computer, the lower prices was honoured
