Some signs were miss leading as to availability and I thought some of the discounts were disingenuous

At the time of visiting this store there was only one member of staff in attendance and he was dealing with another customer. We had to wait for another member of staff to return from lunch.

I was served by Colin and found that he quickly understood my requirements, pointing me in the right direction for the goods I was after. Only one issue - I was given a mattress protector for taking out insurance but, unfortunately, it was a waterproof one.

I was given 30per cent discount but the 1st 20per cent was taken off the price then the 10 per cent was taken off the price with the 20 per cent already off so this cost me £34 as doing the calculation this way 07730942591 Email lorrainerudd@live.com Kind regards Lorraine rudd

I felt there were too many sales people monitoring my visit!

The only thing we can complain about is that delivery charges weren't mentioned in store by assistant.

We were generally satisfied with our experience at Dreams store. However, mattresses range is different from other countries and we could not find suitable firm mattress which we wanted, but chose another good one.

i was surprised at the cost of the bed and base a lot more than I expected also the add ons del and disposal £78 the salesman colin was very helpfull
