The Salesman was very helpful and patient and had an excellent manner

Apart from failing the first finance thing and had the kids that were bored, everything else was good. Id advise colouring papers with crayons like mcdonalds and car places just a thought. Thankyou

Had to wait for a till to be available, but we did get a cup of tea while we waited.

We are extremely happy with this store Dean and David were very helpful. They was very polite when greeting us and showing us products we ask about.

Excellent knowledge of product, friendly approachable and great customer care from Dean.

Sat at a desk full of empty coffees and didn't get offered a coffee until we had completed the order. Dean at the Peterborough branch could have been more friendly.

Cannot give a complete answer until after the goods are delivered and in place.

The customer service was faultless, however after agreeing the price with the sales assistance and being told free delivery which was fab, there was then a set up charge of £18 added into the bill? This was due to the bed arriving flat packed which is fine however it would of been nice to know this up front rather than towards the end of the sale! Luckily we loved the bed and service so just went with even though it was slightly higher than we first agreed that pay.

The member of staff was rather blunt when serving, no other reason. Everything else was perfect.
