Dreams - Peterborough

The colleague from Dreams helped us a lot in the choice we made. Presented us with a wide range of products to fit our budget. We are very grateful to Mr. C that he waited for us 10 minutes after the program closed, until we came back to the store and decided to buy the product (especially since it was the last day of the offer). In our opinion, he is the most professional sales agent and we can say that it is obvious that he likes what he does and treats customers with a lot of patience and politeness.

This is my 3rd time buying in dreams. I've also recommended Dreams to friends and family. I even went with my friend to complete their purchase. I will be taking my 2 sisters next week to but the same mattress I recently purchased. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I could find any faults as to how we were accommodated since day 1. No wonder I kept going back to the same place to purchase my family's bedroom needs.

I had already purchased a new bed, mattress, and headboard on the 12th April and was pleased with the excellent customer service and then subsequently the actual items when they were delivered. My wife and I decided to return to the same store to make another purchase and were pleased that we did.

The attention we got was great, offered tea/coffee and was given options to how we could pay. Colin who served us was great, he was friendly and knowledgeable.

Dean at PB Dreams, was helpful, knowledgeable and personable.

Store manager greeted us at the door informed us of the best possible products but did not push for a sale

Was greeted upon entering the store and asked what I was after. As I was unsure of the type of mattress I wanted, was offered the sleep analysis machine which has paired me with my perfect mattress. The sales assistant was lovely, made me very welcome and talked me through my options clearly. Offered me a drink while finalising the details of my order. Very pleased with the service and do not have a negative thing to say about my experience.

Very friend and polite. I am disabled and he took him time take sure I am comfortable and if I needed anything. He explained everything about the mattresses the one I went on. I would definitely recommend Peterborough store and will definitely go back
