We saw what we wanted and bought the product. You can never be 100 o/o as there is always room to improve.

STAFF VERY FRIENDLY

The only thing was the need to go up and down stairs to view the difference mattresses I was interested in and this is only because I had children with me.

Quick and efficient service.

The only thing we are disappointed in is that we have to wait 11days for delivery.When the mattress we purchased is in store clearance stock. We are both suffering back aches each morning due to old mattress and could of done with new mattress as as possible.

To be fair Colin our sales rep was great, very helpful, knew the products well and gave us very good service. However while Colin was showing us some mattresses on the upper level the manager was sat in the middle of the showroom with a staff member conducting a staff appraisal or monthly target meeting. I was trying not to listen as I felt awful for the staff member in question however I couldn't help over hearing him trying to defend himself 'I hear the words but I've reached my targets this month' and then as we walked further away I couldn't hear exactly but could tell a debate was taking place. I am an office manager myself and would not dream of humiliating a staff member like that it was highly unprofessional and if I'm not mistaken probably within the grounds of 'a grievance' against the manager. I certainly would not stand for that but then when your boss is calling the shots what choice do you feel you have. It spoilt the experience which is unfair to Colin also who was very professional.

We specifically wanted a Hypnos mattress, there was only one in Store to choose from. I would have preferred a choice!

I rate very few things as 'Highly Satisfied'. We had to compromise on our choice of colour to match those produced by the supplier. Similar or maybe cheaper prices on similar packages could have been found at other stores, so price at Dreams was satisfactory only. The Dreams sales agent (Daniel) was excellent - patient and knowledgeable.

The person taking the money was not very competent.

Purely the fact I have spent 2k with you and wasn't even offered the service of building the bed for free. I understand that companies need to make money. But even as a good will gesture would of been a good service and I would of spoke to friends and family about going to dreams for a new bed if they needed.
