I guess, if I could say one thing it would be that there was not enough choice for the type of bed we wanted to buy. we were looking for a quality frame and the Helsinki was the only one wehich we would consider.

I was very please with the experience and the sales staff but sure why this came up not

Experience was as I would expect but nothing particularly over and above that.

Not brought a mattress in a long time therefore nothing to compare it to. Slightly awkward laying on a bed whilst talking to an assistant, might be good to get locations of, in my case, a pocket sprung firm mattress' in store for us to test and come back to them

You always need to have a need to improve

Was sold pillows but they are not suitable for me, my backache was worse and had a terrible nights sleep. Disappointed as pillows were £100.

Items a bit pricy

No gets 10 out 10 unless deserved

I was Satisfied, but not Highly... As of yet I haven't got my bed so can't comment on the product really at all. The Salesman was very helpful, but nothing I wouldn't have expected a Salesman to be.

The credit application procedure had changed and the assistant couldn't resolve the reason for the error which was appearing on the screen. This has been referred to the assistant manager. So far, we have not received a call. But, there is no rush.
