After 10 mins waiting to be served l had to personally get an assistant whilst other customers were jumping the queue to be served appreciating it was a busy time there was no real organisation in the store especially when they were fighting for credit card machines

I was satisfied with the product quality and the variety displayed at the store. However, I found the following: 1. The price tags displayed was not very clear. It was confusing and difficult to identify the sale price vs the original price. In some cases, the prices of the bed and mattersses were not separately mentioned, so it was difficult to quickly grasp the prices and I had to ask for help. 2. The ordering process is quite cumbersome even though the sales rep was friendly and offered us drink while the order was being placed. The systems were very slow (it took 20 mins to just place the order) and the address validation and landline validation checks were not working properly.

Main problem is speed of delivery for item which is in stock. Apparently, delivery vehicles operate out of Birmingham, 78 miles away, thereby necessitating a wait until next time they are in the area. Whilst I would have been delighted with next day delivery, I have to wait until next Tuesday, from Thursday. Being a member of the Institute of Purchasing and Supply, therefore well-versed in logistics, I fail to appreciate why a national firm cannot make sure that its delivery vehicles are not available 24/7. Yes, I am aware of cost constraints, yadda yadda yadda, but when I worked for an international firm in London in the 70s/80s, the bosses would have been appalled if next day delivery was not available unless there are special circumstances - eg need of a crane, etc.
