Author of The salesperson told me about which god I was getting I am still unsure I was looking forward to a bed made into two Singles and I've since been told they do not come apart which I'm not really happy about it but my partner said it was explained to me and I'm also concerned if my mattress will be hard enough for me as I'm not able to get in and out of bed due to disability but yourselves wanted to tell me I had a 40 day trial on the mattress overall I would recommend your store your staff are extremely helpful and very polite and enjoy a joke very nice staff thank you to di know the Noisy cockney and the manager thank you

I was only unhappy that the Sales guy was still trying to charge us for other things when we had already bought a £500.00 Mattress we were told it would be something like £35.00 to take away the old mattress when we had spent this money in your shop.

Well this was my first experience at dreams store. I havent tried any of dreams product so i cant comment specifically and cant say that i am highly satisfied. But i am sure if i found products too comfy then definately my satisfaction level wud be high

I found the member of staff very friendly and very knolagable and at the time felt he had our best interest however gave us lots of add on product to what I thought was free to find when I got home and sat and looked at the receipt I was charged £50 more due to all the add Ons and in fact were not actually free

Is it possible to be highly satisfied when buying a bed? Buying furniture is not a thrilling life experience - but if you were to provide free beer, chicken wings and attractive ladies wearing lingerie to snuggle up with when trying the mattresses THEN I would most likely rate the overall experience as being highly satisfactory.

The delivery time would have been shorter if I paid for delivery as extra, I came to the store to buy a mattress after seeing your advertising on television " special offers " but was not offered a discount at all and ended up paying the full price for a mattress ( it's a good mattress ) as I am disabled I was hoping to get the mattress delivered at a better time slot and not have to be up and dressed from 7.30 am but as I have experience of not paying extra for delivery slots I'm sure it will be either early or very late in the day of delivery. Your advertising is inviting but everything has extras ££ your no different to any other store. I'm sure the profit is in the extras.

Not really a Dreams issue but my finance application was sent to the underwriter for approval - this should have taken 4 minutes - it took over 30. Creation finance were very rude to your staff but he handled it extremely well.

The service was good, but there was room for improvement in terms of clarity over pre-sales prices. The other main issue was the inability to receive a timed delivery in store and incurring a charge to change delivery if the time slot given on the day is not satisfactory. This makes planning for someone to be in to receive delivery very difficult and potentially costly.

The lady that was with us was a meet a greet and she was very nice, however it took some time before a member of staff could deal with my order. But when I was served everything ran smoothly. I was a little disappointed in the length of delivery but I'm sure it couldn't be helped. Over all the a good service thank you
