There were only 2 beds that were very firm and what we were looking for.

You know the old adage of "you get what you pay for"? Well you sure know how to charge. I just hope it's worth the money......

Everything was satisfactory I just would nt say highly as it wasn’t above and beyond

The only thing that let you down was the fact that you do not deliver after 5pm week days as most people work these days.

I felt that the pricing wasnt clear. The initial price grabbed your attention but then when you found the exact product you wanted it was more expensive.

I was neither satisfied or dissatisfied with the experience. It is a large monetary purchase, but it always felt like the advisor was more focussed on sales and the commission than giving all the options. Maybe I'm wrong, but there were hundreds of beds and mattresses in store and once we found the type of mattress we were after, I think we were given a choice of 3 - and about the same with the bed bases. The advisor did help us save money by offering a mattress that was cheaper, having been in the returns dept (but equally could have also been trying to get rid of it as less desirable stock - i felt he was benefitting as much from the deal as I was).

Some of the pillows available to try were dirty.

The speed of which i was approached by the store team wasnt great.. took over 20mins for someone to then come to me.
