I was satisfied - I must have clicked on wrong button - apologies

Not all items were priced up.

I wanted to see the products before purchasing them but as they were not in the store I had to take a chance and buy them just from seeing the photos I was shown in the brochure. Not the best option as I am unsure of the exact colour

We were very satisfied in our visit, but nowhere is ever perfect so I feel if you put highly satisfied your staff could become complacent.

The service we received was as we expected so we were satisfied with the experience we had.Don’t think anything more could have been done,we would come back again.

It took a while to get served & that was due to the fact that 1 person had to rush away as his wife had an accident.

First visit to a Dreams store. We were treated professionally by a well informed and NON pushy sales person. We have placed an order Happy so far. But can't comment further until we receive the goods.

No discount on the product I wanted despite other sale items in the store. Not everything was in the sale. Pity there was no incentive on the product I bought.

Store seemed a little "tired." Staff were okay, but could have been friendlier.

Went to see a haze bed settee to check quality. Told that the showroom did have this example but was shown an acceptable alternative which we purchased.
