Difficult to please

Vince was very helpful. I feel he could use more computer training generally. There were male staff in tshirts hanging around eating ice creams, not sure what their purpose was. Didn't come across as very professional.

I'm never 'highly satisfied' with anywhere really ,,,,, that would be an almost impossible situation ! If certain goods were given away free as son as I entered an establishment then I would perhaps change my mind !
