Some prices were I felt extreme for quality compared to some that were cheaper however I was highly satisfied with the one I chose.

Just a bit mwh

We were approached by 3 members of staff but the first two did not seem very knowledgeable or willing to help. The third member of staff (Reece) was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. In the end I ended up spending more money than originally planned due to the sales experience provided by Reece.

I always think it's better to put satisfied rather than highly satisfied as there's always room for improvement in any job.

Cornered into purchasing delivery slots which are not specific to time, only AM PM. The delivery is over a week and must give 2 days notice to change delivery or further charges are incurred. I was disappointed this was advertised as free delivery.

Store was slow to react to customer as it was late, suggested it was an on the spot offer and would not be available after that day, we left the store to compare other stores, when we came back to buy the order had been screwed up and binned.

It was not anything exceptional.

I would never award "highly satisfied" to ANY high street company

Colin, who sold us the mattress and bed was fantastic and if all the staff members were as friendly and honest with the whole experience we would have no doubt in coming back again to purchase from yourselves. On other visits to make the payments for our purchases, however, we did not receive the same customer service that we experienced on the day and actually found the whole experience very unpleasant in terms of ease of paying etc. Please note Colin should be training the other staff on simple customer service and sales as he made I so easy and enjoyable. A lovely chap to deal with and we would have no question about visiting again if we were guaranteed to have him.
